Humans fight for each other; we teach you how to fight and succeed!

There are a few times in life when you will not have anyone to rely on, but most of the time, you need someone else to help you. Now add the pressure of deadlines, people’s livelihoods (aka finances), or, even more significantly, people’s safety, and you have a need to work together efficiently. We begin this course by identifying the organization/unit’s culture and building on it from there. Critical thinking and being able to make the best decision possible with the information afforded to you is a significant component of this class. Whether you work with a small group of fewer than five people or a larger group of 200, the concepts are similar, and the strategies transcend the number. In reality, human beings fight for each other; we teach you how to fight and succeed for and with each other.
Learn how to work efficiently with others in high-stakes situations.
This course is perfect for first responders, business professionals, and anyone who wants to be more effective in their personal life. You’ll learn how to build trust, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
